Corporate Identity Questions

1) What is your business?
We make mp3 players.

2) Describe your business in one sentence
We make mp3 players that play songs based on your emotions.

3) Who is your target audience?
Our target audience is typically teens through adults, but really for anyone who likes music.

4) Who are your competitors?
Mainly Apple because it is know by everyone.

5) What makes them better/worse than your product/service?
What makes Apple worse than our company is the fact that their products do not play songs based on your emotions. I feel like that is something that gives us a "one-up" on them. What makes them better than us is the fact that they have more products than just an mp3 player, which makes them more well known because the more products you have, the more people who use electronics will just buy all they need from your business.

6) Do you currently have an identity? (This is more for companies that are already established and you’re just revamping the logo/corporate identity. If you have a new company or product, skip this question.)
NO.

7) (If your answer to #6 is no, skip this question) What do you like about it and what don’t you like about it?

8) How do you want your image to be seen in two years?
We would like to see our business become really popular and known by many people. Hopefully if the mp3 player becomes popular, we can come up with better versions of it and other products along the same line.

These following questions might seem silly, but their purpose is to help generate ideas.

9) If your company was an animal, what animal would it be and why?
I would have to say that our company would be a chameleon because of the fact that products play songs based on your emotions. Chameleons change their color based on their surrounds, which is kind of like our product.

10) If your company/brand was a person, who would it be and why?
If my company was a person, it would be Brad Pitt because he is great at what he does and he is in all different types of movies. Plus, no one really hates on Brad Pitt, aside from Jennifer Aniston.

11) If your company/brand was an object, what would it be?
If my company was an object, it would be a pair of Nike sneakers. Everyone loves Nike and they are constantly coming out with new shoes in a many different colors and designs.

12) If your customer was a cartoon character, who would it be?
If my company was a cartoon character, it would be Spiderman because he started off as an ordinary guy, and one little spider bite changed his life and made him into something amazing.
